AM I ELIGIBLE?

The library will deliver books and other materials to patrons who are unable to come to the library themselves due to illness/health concerns, lacking transportation, or having a disability. You must have an active Caldwell Public Library Card and live within Caldwell city limits to apply. Need a library card? Give us a call at (208) 459-3242 or start a library card application online.

HOW DO I APPLY?

You can either fill out our online application or download a paper application. You will need to provide your name, contact information, and library card number, as well as answer questions to determine your eligibility for this service. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot on our delivery route. If your application is approved and we have space in our route, we will contact you to confirm your delivery details.

WHEN WILL I GET MY BOOKS?

Once your application is approved, you will be added to our delivery route. We deliver books every other Thursday between 1-2 p.m. Service includes dropping off new materials and picking up materials you are ready to return to the library. For the safety of our staff and patrons, all deliveries will be contactless.
